Drum Attero – Wijster
ACTIVITIES
For this project we have manufactured a drum sieve for Attero. We attach great importance to the quality and efficiency of our drum screens. We therefore regard this as a core component of our waste separation facilities.
AIRSEPARATOR
PROJECT:
AirSeparator Eco-Energy S.r.l.
ACTIVITIES
MF Emmen developed the AirSeparator. The various models of the AirSeparator are used as twin air separator to separate the feed fraction into two partial streams: heavy fraction and light fraction. By putting two units in line and regulating hem separately, we provide an extra sorting step.
DANO-DRUM
PROJECT:
Drum Omrin – Heerenveen
ACTIVITIES
We have build a new type of separation installation: the Dano-drum. It is manufactured by us on behalf of Omrin. The drum is 32 meters long and has a diameter of 4 meters. The Dano-drum is an existing technique, but in this case it has been specially adapted for the extraction of as much biomass as possible from household residual waste.
CONSTRUCTION WASTE RECYCLING INSTALLATION
PROJECT:
Construction waste recycling installation Prezero – Groningen
ACTIVITIES
A complete new turnkey installation for PreZero! In Groningen we have realized a brand new construction and demolition waste installation for PreZero.
The new waste processing line can process 50 tons of waste per hour. More than 50 components can be found in the entire installation, including a 3D pre-sorting drum, a 3D screening drum, 3 Air separators and a bunker belt produced by Machinefabriek Emmen.

Reducing our carbon footprint
In our group, sustainability and respect for the environment are inextricably linked to the realisation of our projects. In all our work, we want to minimise the impact on the climate. Not only for the present-day society, also for the generations to come. Therefore, we have already taken many steps in recent years to monitor and reduce our energy consumption and waste streams. We generate sustainable energy by using solar panels (from Kamplacon), we stimulate recycling by circular building and we focus on electric driving. By doing so, we have reduced our CO2 emissions with 44%!
